Liz Fox Johnson

With over two decades of experience, Liz Fox Johnson has built a reputation as one of the most trusted and knowledgeable Jet Team Liaisons in the airshow industry. Serving as the vital link between military demonstration teams and show organizers, she specializes in coordinating logistically complex show sites as well as new and established airshow venues.

Throughout her career, Liz has successfully supported elite demonstration teams including the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, Canadian Forces Snowbirds, the Italian Air Force’s Frecce Tricolori and every Air Combat Command Single Ship Demo team. Her vast experience allows her to navigate everything from precise scheduling and site readiness to protocol, security, and public engagement.

Liz’s extensive portfolio includes working on nationally celebrated events such as the U.S. Navy’s Bicentennial of the War of 1812 commemorations over Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, Boston Harbor, New Orleans (Lake Pontchartrain), New York City, and Virginia Beach. Beyond these large-scale waterfront events, she has also played a key role in coordinating at renowned venues including Kennedy Space Center, EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, the California Capital Airshow, and numerous other aviation events.

Respected for her professionalism and meticulous planning, Liz is adept at balancing the needs of jet teams, show directors, and local communities. In recognition of her outstanding expertise, she was honored by the U.S. Navy Blue Angels as the inaugural “Blue Angels Liaison of the Year” — the first person ever to receive this distinction.
